2.4 Notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications related to attendance updates, alerts, and important announcements. Firebase may collect device-related information to deliver notifications effectively.

• To verify attendance authenticity based on live location and fingerprint authentication.
• To prevent fraudulent check-ins using unique device identification.

We take appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Biometric data (fingerprint) is not stored on our servers and remains within your device’s security system.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. However, we may share necessary data with:

• Firebase (Google LLC) for push notifications.
• Authorized personnel managing attendance records.
